A new story - comedy road movie drama comes from the internationally awarded director Maris Martinsons. So well planned and organized trip that collapses after the big turbulence on a way to Madrid. Middle aged hotheaded Keiko refuses from her next flight to Lisbon and knowing nobody agrees to get in the young stranger's Andy car, promising to get her faster than night train. They get lost in the middle of nowhere and appear in a  small village.  Andy takes some woman in labour to the hospital, Keiko looks after unfamiliar kids and on the top - Andy appears to be a criminal having a lot of money with him. Keiko runs away, but soon enough she notices him in her daughter’s, Oki, weddings.Oki makes research of the historical and cultural connection between Portugal and Japan, Keiko thinks her rich son-in-law, who is well connected, may help her daughter to make a good carrier. If the trip from Madrid to Lisbon hasn't changed Keiko's attitude to her indecisive daughter? If Andy is really a criminal? What is the connection between Portugal and  Japan?
